حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ:
الرَّجُلُ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُمَّهَا ؟ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا وَعَطَاءً
