حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْأُخْتَيْنِ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ فَقَالَ: أَحَلَّتْهُمَا آيَةٌ وَحَرَّمَتْهُمَا آيَةٌ، وَلَا آمُرُكَ وَلَا أَنْهَاكَ،
