حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ جَاءَ إِلَى حُرَّةٍ فَتَزَوَّجَتْهُ [١]، فَعَلِمَتْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ مَمْلُوكٌ، فَإِنْ شَاءَتِ اسْتَقَرَّتْ عِنْدَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ فَارَقَتْهُ
