حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ دَلَّسَ نَفْسَهُ لِامْرَأَةٍ، فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ حُرٌّ وَهُوَ عَبْدٌ، قَالَ: تُخَيَّرُ
