حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ:
﴿مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ [الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ] ﴾[١]، قَالَ: لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْحُرِّ الْمُسْلِمِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ أَمَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ
