حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ قَالَ:
نِسَاءُ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَنَا حَلَالٌ إِلَّا أَهْلَ الْحَرْبِ؛ فَإِنَّ نِسَاءَهُمْ وَذَبَائِحَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ
