حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ جَارِيَتَهُ وَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا ؟ [أَنَّهُ ] [١]كَانَ لَا يَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا وَإِنْ أَعْتَقَهَا لِلهِ
