حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا أَعْتَقَ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا، إِنَّ ذَلِكَ جَائِزٌ [لَهُ ] [١]
