حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ [١]عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مَوْلًى لِبَنِي نَوْفَلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِهِ.

عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مَوْلًى لِبَنِي نَوْفَلٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَامْرَأَتِي مَمْلُوكَيْنِ فَطَلَّقْتُهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقْنَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأَرَدْتُ مُرَاجَعَتَهَا فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ رَاجَعْتَهَا فَهِيَ عِنْدَكَ عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ وَمَضَتِ اثْنَتَانِ قَضَى بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ [١] كذا في طبعة دار القبلة، وفي طبعة دار الرشد: مغيث.
