حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا:
لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَيْثُ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ، حَتَّى تَزَوَّجَ [٢]زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَيَدْخُلَ بِهَا
