حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنِ الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْأَمَةُ فَيَشْتَرِيهَا قَالَ: هِيَ أَمَتُهُ يَصْنَعُ بِهَا مَا شَاءَ، قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
