حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ فَاشْتَرَاهَا [قَالَا: النِّكَاحُ مُنْهَدِمٌ] [١]، وَتَكُونُ جَارِيَةً لَهُ يَطَؤُهَا إِنْ شَاءَ
