حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ أَصْدَقَ أَلْفًا فِي السِّرِّ وَأَعْلَنَ أَلْفَيْنِ قَالَ: يُؤْخَذُ بِالسِّرِّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ، وَتَبْطُلُ الْعَلَانِيَةُ
