حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا نَكَحَ الْأَمَةَ ثُمَّ وَجَدَ مَا يَنْكِحُ الْحُرَّةَ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَيَقْسِمُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَيْلَةً
