حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا نُكِحَتِ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فُضِّلَتِ الْحُرَّةُ، [فِي الْقَسْمِ] [١]: لِلْحُرَّةِ لَيْلَتَانِ وَلِلْأَمَةِ لَيْلَةٌ
