حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اجْتَمَعَتَا قَسَمَ لِلْحُرَّةِ الثُّلُثَيْنِ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ
