حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ عَنْ زِرٍّ [عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ] قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ قَسَمَ لِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمًا وَلِلْحُرَّةِ يَوْمَيْنِ
