✧ If he marries a free woman while married to a slave woman, separation is made between him and the slave woman

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ مِثْلَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
هِيَ كَالْمَيْتَةِ؛ يَضْطَرُّ [١]إِلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا أَغْنَاكَ اللهُ [٢]فَاسْتَغْنِ
