حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
كُلُّ نِكَاحٍ كَانَ بِغَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ فَإِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ
