حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تُطَلَّقُ ثَلَاثًا فَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا عَبْدٌ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: كُلُّ نِكَاحٍ عَلَى غَيْرِ وَجْهِ نِكَاحٍ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَرْجِعُ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ
