حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا عَبْدٌ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا، قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: لَيْسَ بِزَوْجٍ
