حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ [سَعِيدِ ] بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ، قَالَا: إِنْ شَاءَ أَجَازَ النِّكَاحَ سَيِّدُهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهُ
