حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْوَلِيُّ وَالْمَرْأَةُ نَظَرَ السُّلْطَانُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ الْوَلِيُّ مُضَارًّا زَوَّجَهَا وَإِلَّا رُدَّ أَمْرُهَا إِلَى وَلِيِّهَا
