حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَوَّامٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي وَلِيِّ الْيَتِيمَةِ إِذَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ صَغِيرَةٌ قَالَ: النِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ، وَلَهَا الْخِيَارُ
