حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
نِكَاحُ الْأَبِ جَائِزٌ عَلَى ابْنَتِهِ، بِكْرًا كَانَتْ أَوْ ثَيِّبًا، كَرِهَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تَكْرَهْ
