✧ Regarding the woman who marries without a guardian

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ قَالَ:
تَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَةٌ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا بَيِّنَةٍ، فَكُتِبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ فَكَتَبَ: أَنْ تُجْلَدَ مِائَةً، وَكَتَبَ إِلَى الْأَمْصَارِ: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ فَهِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الزَّانِيَةِ
