حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا - وَإِنْ نَكَحَتْ عَشَرَةً - أَوْ بِإِذْنِ سُلْطَانٍ
