حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَلِيٌّ فَالسُّلْطَانُ
