حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
الصَّبِيُّ وَالْعَبْدُ عَلَيْهِمَا الْحَجُّ، وَالْأَعْرَابِيُّ يُجْزِيهُ [١]حَجُّهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الْحَجَّ مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَيْهِ حَيْثُ كَانَ، وَمَنْ حَجَّ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ
