حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:
الصَّبِيُّ إِنْ حَجَّ، وَالْمَمْلُوكُ إِنْ حَجَّ، وَالْأَعْرَابِيُّ إِنْ حَجَّ، ثُمَّ هَاجَرَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ وَاحْتَلَمَ الصَّبِيُّ وَأُعْتِقَ الْعَبْدُ، فَعَلَيْهِمُ الْحَجُّ
