حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَرَ بَأْسًا بِالصَّيْدِ يَصْطَادُهُ الْحَلَالُ فِي الْحِلِّ أَنْ يَأْكُلَهُ الْحَلَالُ فِي الْحَرَمِ قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَكْرَهُهُ
