حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ يَسْعَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ شَيْئًا، قُلْتُ: قَدْ تَرَكَ شَيْئًا مِنْ سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ، وَكَانَ يُفْتِي فِي الْعَلَانِيَةِ بِدَمٍ
