حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ [١]يَقْطَعُ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْحَرَمِ قَالَ: فِي الْقَضِيبِ دِرْهَمٌ، وَفِي الدَّوْحَةِ بَقَرَةٌ
