حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَعَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
فِي ثَلَاثِ شَعَرَاتٍ دَمٌ، النَّاسِي وَالْمُتَعَمِّدُ سَوَاءٌ
