حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ حَصَاةً أَوْ حَصَاتَيْنِ أَوْ جَمْرَةً أَوْ جَمْرَتَيْنِ قَالَا: يُهَرِيقُ دَمًا
