حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ فَرْخًا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ [٢]، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُ فَمَاتَ ؟ فَقَالَ: هُوَ ضَامِنٌ
