حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ أَنَّهُمَا
كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا أَنْ يُدَاوِيَ الْمُحْرِمُ شُقَاقَهُ بِالسَّمْنِ وَالزَّيْتِ، وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ: إِنْ تَدَاوَى بِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ
