✧ Regarding the man who combines Hajj and Umrah and is then prevented, what is due upon him the following year

حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ:
فِي رَجُلٍ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجَّةٍ فَأُحْصِرَ قَالَ: يَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ، حَلَّ [١]. قَالَ: وَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ وَعُمْرَتَانِ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: عَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ وَثَلَاثُ عُمَرٍ
