✧ Regarding the man who combines Hajj and Umrah and is then prevented, what is due upon him the following year

حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ وَلَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ [الْعُمْرَةِ وَالْحَجِّ] [١]فَيُحْصَرُ، قَالَ: يَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيٍ يَحِلُّ بِهِ، ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ مِنْ قَابِلٍ بِمَا كَانَ أَهَلَّ بِهِ
