حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَعَطَاءٍ
فِي الْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا انْكَسَرَ ظُفُرُهُ قَلَمَهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ انْكَسَرَ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، فَإِنْ قَلَمَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْكَسِرَ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ
