حَدَّثَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ:
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ يَمِينٌ فِي الْحَجِّ، وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ الْإِسْلَامِ فَيُسِّرَ لَهُ الْحَجُّ، قَالَ: يُجْزِئُ مِنْهُمَا [١]، فَإِنْ قَدَرَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَلْيَحُجَّ
