حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ قَالَ:
الْيَمِينُ الَّتِي لَا تُكَفَّرُ: الرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ لِلرَّجُلِ عَلَى مَالِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ فَيَقْتَطِعُهُ ظَالِمًا وَهُوَ فِيهِ كَاذِبٌ
