✧ Whoever swears not to eat meat, may he eat fat

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ أَصْحَابُنَا يَقُولُونَ: إِذَا حَلَفَ عَلَى اللَّبَنِ فَلَا يَأْكُلْ مِنَ السَّمْنِ وَلَا مِنَ الْجُبْنِ، وَإِذَا حَلَفَ عَلَى السَّمْنِ أَوِ [١]الْجُبْنِ أَكَلَ مِنَ اللَّبَنِ
