حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ أَنْ لَا يَقْرَبَ امْرَأَتَهُ عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ، ثُمَّ قَرُبَهَا قَبْلَ الْعَشَرَةِ، قَالَ: لَا كَفَّارَةَ عَلَيْهِ
