حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
أَلَا تَرَى لَوْ أَنَّ قَوْمًا قَتَلُوا رَجُلًا اشْتَرَكُوا فِي قَتْلِهِ: كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ كَفَّارَةٌ
