✧ Regarding a man who makes a vow to go to a place and slaughters there, or prays, or walks to it

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فِي مَسْجِدِ إِيلِيَاءَ كَذَا وَكَذَا رَكْعَةً، قَالَ: لِيُصَلِّ عَدَدَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، فَإِنَّهُ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ، وَالصَّلَاةُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَفْضَلُ
