حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَحْلِفُهُ السُّلْطَانُ عَلَى أَنْ يَدُلَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ عَلَى مَالِهِ، فَقَالَ: يَحْلِفُ وَيُكَفِّرُ يَمِينَهُ
