حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ الْحُبُلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ عَلِيًّا: مَا تَرَى فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ؟ قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ [٢]كَفَّارَةٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتُوبَ
