حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قِيلَ لِلرَّجُلِ: حَلَفْتَ [أَنْ] [١]لَا تَفْعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ؟ فَيَقُولُ: نَعَمْ، وَلَمْ يَحْلِفْ، قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ
