عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ الْيَامِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ حَلَفَ بِنَذْرٍ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَحَنِثَ، فَعَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ مُغَلَّظَةٌ
